WE11DONE turned a white tee into a one-of-one
Walk out with something that doesn't exist anywhere else.
Walk in. Splatter ink.
Paint-splattered floors, industrial staging, photo-ready everywhere. No booking. No expertise. No rules about what the result should look like.
Why this works

WE11DONE handed over creative control
Visitors to the event made randomness the aesthetic. The messier the outcome, the better it photographs.
A generic white tee becomes a one-of-one artifact with a memory attached — perceived value up, product cost unchanged. The process is inherently documentable, generating UGC without engineering it.

Participation is replacing passive consumption. The ask isn't "buy this" — it's "make something here." Imperfection reads as authenticity, not amateurism.
