ADERERROR’s new Shanghai flagship
Opened Oct 22 in Jing’an District — is another great example of Korean 'conceptual retail' in action.
Over-sized, architectural sculpture
Museum-like, stark white interiors
Minimalist merchandising

Signature brand icons (eg. keychains & dongles)
While this approach is likely post-peak, this launch reflects a couple of important trends:

1. The ongoing cultural interplay across Asia, cultural cues now being shared more between China, Korean and Japan ...than ever before.

2. The strength of Korean brands in merging retail, storytelling, and experience — turning shopping into a form of world-building. ADERERROR joins Gentle Monster and Tamburins in redefining what “conceptual retail” means for the next generation of Chinese consumers.
