  2. Development of digital (social) campaigns/strategies... Overall campaign mapping/planning, design of key materials, media/KOL planning/buying ...O2O plans, UI/UX design.

WHAT DID WE DO:

  1. Master strategy - Totem was engaged to develop social media strategies, guidelines/toolkit for APAC, including; brand/social style-guides, content plans, personas. Totem managed the rollout through a series of training sessions with country marketing teams.

  2. Monthly strategy - After establishing the framework for social success, Totem followed up with monthly strategy, analysis and content/digital planning across the region, on a monthly basis.
